Peak Advantage Portal
The member portal behind the Peak Powersports counter — riders request service, approve estimates, and track every job from drop-off to pickup, while the shop runs its day from an admin back office: service board, billing, customer roster.
The counter, online
Riders log in to a “Peak Advantage” account and do everything the front desk used to handle by phone: request service on a specific machine, read and approve estimates, follow each job through its status, and pull past invoices. A garage holds every vehicle — snow, water, dirt — with the make, VIN, and registration the shop needs on file.
One board for the shop
Behind it, the staff side runs the day. A live service board moves each request through ready, in progress, on site, and scheduled; billing handles estimates and invoices with paid, voided, and overdue states; member management spans the full customer roster; and configurable service windows drive the wait-time math riders see when they book. It all runs on Cloudflare’s edge — Astro, Workers, and a D1 database — so it loads fast and costs little to keep on.
The portal and the public Peak Powersports site are separate projects sharing one brand. The shop can change hours and photos any day of the week without going anywhere near the system that moves estimates and invoices — the same split that keeps the marketing site simple and the portal focused.
