PowderHouse handles maintenance, repairs, construction, and round-the-clock emergencies for apartment, condo, and commercial property managers. The design decision that matters most: the Emergency CTA lives in the top-right corner of every page, turning an urgent off-hours visit into a logged work order without a phone call.
Each service gets its own plans-and-booking page, and repeat clients get a portal login for ongoing work.
Family resemblance
PowderHouse shares an owner with two apartment communities we also built, and the three sites share design DNA on purpose — an improvement to one lands in the others without being rebuilt. The brands stay distinct; the bones stay shared.
