Scaftra Platform

The construction-ops platform itself — a role-based SaaS where a builder runs trade execution end to end: one project spine feeding Design, Install, Schedule, and billing, with readiness, alerts, and pay applications wired together.

One spine, four surfaces

Where the marketing site pitches “proof, not promises,” the platform delivers it. A builder signs in to a single project spine — a company dashboard (what’s due now, what’s blocked, revenue at risk) that drills into a per-project overview with trade progress, readiness gates, and open alerts. From that spine hang four native surfaces the trades actually work in: Design (concepts, revisions, adoption), Install (scheduled installs by trade), Schedule (the company timeline), and the money layer — a Billing Command Center with pay applications, per-project cash, and retainage.

The build

Role-based SaaS on Cloudflare Workers + D1, fully responsive down to phone widths (the same dashboard, project overview, and billing screens collapse cleanly to a single column). Every surface is wired to the same project data, so a readiness block on the floor shows up against the money at the top — the whole point of running the work itself rather than just organizing it.
