Ski Town Apartments
Apartment hunting in a ski town happens from a couch in Denver. This site shows every unit truthfully — price, square footage, pets, current status — and lets a renter book the tour or apply the moment they decide.
The job
Ski Town rents mountain apartments to people who mostly aren’t in the mountains yet. The site’s work is simple to say and specific to build: show every unit truthfully — price, square footage, bath count, pet policy, what the view actually is — and let someone act the moment they decide. Each listing carries current status (available, pre-leased, hold) and its own Schedule Tour and Apply buttons, wired straight to the leasing team.
Decisions worth naming
Browsing happens on phones, so the layout starts there. And because the owner runs three Steamboat properties, this site shares its underpinnings with two siblings we also built — improve a listing card once, and all three properties get it.
