The second apartment community we've built for this client — sharing foundations with its sibling site, carrying its own brand on top. Every unit lists live, filters by price and move-in date, and books the tour from the card.
The second property, not a copy
Storm Peak followed Ski Town Apartments out of the same workshop — shared components underneath, its own brand on top, its own inventory. Building the second community on the first one’s foundations meant most of the effort went into what makes Storm Peak different, instead of re-solving what isn’t.
What renters get
Renters filter live inventory by price band and move-in date, and every unit card carries Apply and Schedule Tour buttons. Amenities, neighborhood, floor plans, and a gallery fill out the rest. When a listing card improves on one property, the other gets it in the same stroke.
